Gigi Gaulin focuses on maintaining animal health and treating disease using a variety of natural methods including homeopathy, acupuncture, spinal manipulation, nutrition, and Biocom® Resonance Therapy—a state-of-the-art protocol that utilizes electrical frequencies to stimulate healing. Animals who don’t respond to traditional treatments often find new levels of health with Gigi’s help.

When treating her patients, Dr. Gaulin considers the whole animal. Disease, she believes, is the expression of disharmony, and treatment differs from animal to animal. “Your animal is not a diagnosis, blood test result, or x-ray,” Dr. Gaulini says. “He or she is an unique being that manifests disease in an individual way, even though it might look like a specific condition.”

The goal is to stimulate a natural healing process by providing the animal’s body with essential nutrients and restorative treatments like massage and spinal manipulation. In cases of acute, debilitating conditions, antibiotics or other conventional therapies might be used to stabilize the animal.

Bicom Resonance Therapy (BRT), which is central to Dr. Gaulin’s treatments, is based on the theory that cells emit specific signals that allow for harmonious interaction between cells, thus maintaining health. When toxins, infection, injury, or other substances interfere with these signals, cell function diminishes and ill health results.

BRT employs a system of biofeedback to filter out the inharmonious signals and repel the interfering substances from the cells, thus enhancing the body’s strengths and promoting healing. This state-of-the-art treatment protocol often produces surprisingly beneficial results.

Dr. Gaulin is a graduate of Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and has practiced alternative medicine in Washington D.C./Baltimore and Santa Fe, New Mexico. She continued her studies in Veterinary Acupuncture, Classical Homeopathy, and Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation. She is currently studying homotoxicology, biological medicine, and physical therapy to better serve the companion animal community.

Dr. Gaulin is committed to the health and well being of the animals and their human caregivers. She consults with other professionals with the common goal of cultivating a balanced and joyful relationship between animal and guardian. She is available for office and farm visits as well as phone consultations.

Testimonials

“I was told that my 11-year-old dog, Lucky, had a limited time to live. She was diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia and was taking large doses of prednisone and a chemo drug. Gigi quickly got Lucky off of all medications, prescribed herbs and other supplements, and used the Bicom machine. The dog is now full of energy and all blood tests are normal. I’m incredibly grateful.”  - Joan Sotkin, Santa Fe
